User Accounts
Account Required
You must create an account to use the Service. All plans require authentication — no anonymous access.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
One Account Per Person
Each individual user must have their own account. Organizations may purchase multiple licenses for their developers — each developer gets a separate account under the company's billing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Subscription Plans & Billing
- Plans
- We offer three plans: Local AI ($5/month per computer) for running AI locally via Ollama, Bring Your Key ($5/month per computer) for using your own API keys, and Cloud Pro ($20/month per user) with full managed access to all AI models.
- Billing Cycles
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Local AI and Bring Your Key plans are licensed per computer (identified by a unique machine ID). Cloud Pro is licensed per user.
- Token Allocation (Cloud Pro)
- Cloud Pro includes a monthly token allocation across all AI models. Extra usage beyond your allocation is billed at competitive per-token rates. Usage is visible in your dashboard.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact sales@laabamone.com for refund requests.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Intellectual Property
Our Property
LobsAI Coder — including all code, software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all code and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, display, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI-Generated Content
Code and content generated by AI through our Service is provided “as-is”. AI-generated output should be reviewed before use in production. You are responsible for validating all AI-generated code.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Third-Party Services & AI Providers
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. Use of these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
Disclaimer of Warranties
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific coding outcomes or error-free AI responses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months or $100.
We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated code or recommendations. All AI output should be reviewed and tested before deployment.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time. Active subscriptions will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
